General Questions

We are based in Unit 1, The Big Padlock, Ruabon, Wrexham, LL14 6HA but currently provide wheelie bin cleaning services across all of North Wales. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to get in touch!

We offer flexible cleaning schedules, but our standard plan is a clean every 4 weeks. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

No, you don’t need to be home. As long as your bin is accessible on your collection day, we’ll take care of the cleaning.

We clean all standard household wheelie bins as well as commercial bins of various sizes. If you have a specific request, let us know!

No, our services are flexible, and there’s no long-term contract required—you can start or stop your service anytime. However, we recommend signing up through our GoCardless subscription for a hassle-free, automated payment experience.

Cleaning Process

We use high-pressure washing systems and biodegradable cleaning products to ensure your bins are left spotless, sanitised, and odour-free.

Fresh, Yes!, we ensure that all bins are thoroughly cleaned and deodorised, leaving smelling them fresh and hygienic.

We recommend ensuring your bin is emptied before cleaning. If there’s any waste inside, we’ll attempt to clear it and clean what’s accessible. We always strive to align our visits with local bin collection schedules for the best results.

We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for the environment and effectively remove bacteria and odours.

Payments & Pricing

Our pricing depends on the frequency of cleaning and the number of bins. Visit our pricing page or contact us for details on our affordable plans.

We encourage all our customers to sign up via our secure GoCardless direct debit. This will ensure that services and payments remain uninterrupted. If you need to settle a bill then you can do this using PayPal. We do accept cash payments and will try to catch the customer when we clean your bin. Online payments is recommended to ensure a hassle-free experience.

If a balance remains unpaid for three payment cycles (£12), your service will be paused until the outstanding amount is settled. This helps prevent overdue payments from building up.

Setting up a direct debit with GoCardless is quick and easy. Simply enter your name, address, email, sort code, and account number to get started. Payments will then be processed automatically every 4 weeks.

Service Issues & Cancellations

If we are unable to clean your bin due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather or access issues), we will notify you and reschedule your service as soon as possible. You are only charged when we deliver your service. 

You can cancel your service anytime by contacting us. If you have an active GoCardless direct debit, simply instruct your bank to cancel it. This will automatically notify us, preventing further charges and stopping scheduled bin cleaning visits.

We take great care when cleaning bins, but if any accidental damage occurs we will notify you. You can also contact our friendly team and we will resolve any issues promptly.

Yes, you can change your cleaning schedule by getting in touch with us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred frequency.
